MJA Studio is located in Burnaby approximately 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver and the Vancouver airport. The studio location was strategically selected as it backs on to a golf course and fronts on to farm land offering a very quiet, stable environment.

 

About MJA Studios

MJA Studio was built from the ground up and completed March 2001. This studio is considered one of the most modern facilities in B.C. today.

Design and Construction

The studio is of new construction made of solid concrete tilt-up offering a 100' x 175' or 17,500 sq. ft. sound proof sound stage. The ceiling height from floor to bottom of trusses is 32'.

Additional benefits are full curtains on tracks, a lighting grid with the capability of moving up and down and a spectacular almost silent 2-speed air removal system, 4-gas heaters, and several ceiling fans to disperse heat evenly. Hot and cold running water in the studio, sound proofing throughout the entire sound stage.

MJA has 2-floors of office space approximately 7,000 sq ft plus. There are 6 talent rooms on the main floor all with there own full ensuites with showers etc. The main floor also offers an outstanding gourmet kitchen designed to please the finest world class chef's. There is a reception area, laundry room, 2 washrooms.

The 2nd floor offers washrooms, 9-built-in offices plus two very large open areas designed for 20-40 cubical offices or whatever the client requires.

The facility is air-conditioned, ADSL Internet high speed, alarmed, electronic keys cards to enter, and sits on 1.4 acres fenced. We offer 83 parking stalls for cars and additional space for trucks.
